When can I start moving things in?

Once the agreement has been completed and all payments have been made for the month(s) then you will be issued a unit and an access code. At that point you may start moving your things in.
How do I pay my monthly fee?
You can pay your monthly payment at our office or you may use your debit or credit card online PAY HERE.
Do I need to reserve or book a unit ?
Reserving a unit is not necessary. However, availability can change quickly so we advise you to reserve your needed size in advance. You can complete your storage paperwork in our office and move in within minutes. You can also reserve a unit on our web page or by calling our office.
How to Prepare Your Items for Storage?
When placing your items in storage, be strategic about how and where you decide to store them in the unit. If you’re looking to save space, try storing belongings in a vertical position. Also, all large and heavy items should be placed on the bottom. If laying your mattress flat, avoid putting it at the very bottom of the storage unit, as belongings on top are sure to put pressure on the padding and springs. You’ll also want to consider which items you’re going to need more often. For instance, if you’re planning to store seasonal clothing, I suggest placing these items in an easy-to-reach spot near the door.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. Please note there is a $30 returned check fee. For payment related issues please contact us.
What items are prohibited?
Weapons, illegal materials, explosive or flammable materials, compressed gasses and rodent bait are prohibited. Contact our office if you have any questions.
Do you charge a security deposit?
We do charge a refundable security deposit of $25.00. Deposit is refundable provided the unit has been cleaned out before leaving.
What if I forget my gate access code?
If you forget your gate access code you can contact us at the office during normal working hours and we can issue you another one.
What are your office hours ?
We are opened Monday through Friday from 9am till 5pm. We are closed on weekends and most major holidays.
What security features do you have on the premises ?
We have security cameras throughout the facility, each customer has their own personal security code for entry into the facility (each entry and exit is recorded on our computer system), and you have the only key to your unit.
Do I need a valid Credit Card to rent a unit?
Yes you will need a valid credit card on file
